Returns & Refund Policy

At RetPrints, we want you to be happy with your order. Please review our policy below, which explains when returns, refunds, or replacements are available.
1. Made-to-Order & Personalized Products
Most RetPrints products are made to order, and many are personalized or customized (such as custom pet portraits).
Because of the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized products unless there is a production error or damage.
Eligible issues include:
You received the wrong item
The print size or product does not match your order
The item arrived damaged or defective
If any of the above apply, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
2. Non-Personalized Products
For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused and in original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Refunded
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Personalized or custom products (unless defective or incorrect)
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Free promotional items
4. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests may be declined if production has already begun. Once a custom product has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it qualifies under Section 1 (error or damage).
5. Artwork & Photo Guidelines
Custom portraits are created using the photo(s) uploaded at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide clear, high-quality images that follow our photo guidelines.
Please note:
Low-quality or blurry photos may result in lower-quality artwork
We cannot guarantee changes outside the scope of the original order
Example images shown on our site are created using high-resolution photos
If you have concerns about your artwork, please contact us before production is completed whenever possible.
6. Replacements & Revisions
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
For custom artwork revisions:
Minor edits may be available depending on the product
Major changes (such as a new photo or design change) may require a new order
Details will be provided by our support team on a case-by-case basis.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

9. Production & Fulfillment
RetPrints collaborates with Printify, our trusted production partner. They handle the printing, packaging, and shipping of our products directly to customers. We design the artwork and carefully select each product, while Printify manages production and execution to ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery.
