Welcome to RetPrints (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website (the “Site”) or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Using Our Site
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- misuse or disrupt the Site
- attempt unauthorized access
- transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- violate any applicable laws
We may refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
2. Products & Made-to-Order Fulfillment
RetPrints sells posters, art prints, and custom/personalized products (including custom pet portraits). Many items are made to order and fulfilled through trusted production partners.
Product images and colors may appear slightly different depending on screens and lighting.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time. We may correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability, and may cancel or refuse orders affected by such errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a refund.
4. Orders, Payment & Billing
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full payment card details.
We may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order where necessary.
5. Personalization & Customer Content
If you submit photos, names, or other content for a custom product, you confirm that:
- you have the right to use and share that content
- it does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights of others
- it does not include illegal, hateful, or abusive content
Custom products are created based on the information and images you provide. Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order.
6. Artwork Approval (If Applicable)
If your customization workflow includes proof/preview approval, you are responsible for reviewing your proof for accuracy. Once approved (or once the production window begins), changes may not be possible.
7. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping timelines and costs are shown at checkout and/or on our Shipping Policy page.
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including designs, artwork, text, graphics, and logos—is owned by RetPrints or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
Purchases are for personal use only unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
9. Third-Party Services & Links
Our Site may include third-party services (payment processors, analytics tools, fulfillment partners) or links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetPrints will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
In all cases, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
