Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RetPrints, most products are made to order. The most accurate delivery estimate for your order will always be shown at checkout, and that checkout estimate should be treated as the final “expected delivery” timeframe.
1. Where We Ship From
RetPrints works with Printify and trusted production partners to print and ship orders.
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from:
- The United States, and/or
- Other regional production facilities depending on the product, destination, and availability.
This helps reduce shipping times and ensures efficient fulfillment.
2. Order Processing & Production Time
Most orders take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. Production time may be slightly longer during busy periods (sales and holidays).
If your order requires customer action (for example, a new photo or missing personalization details), production time will be extended until we receive the required information.
3. Artwork Proofs & Approval (Custom Orders)
For custom portrait orders, we may send an artwork proof for your approval before printing.
- Faster approval = faster fulfillment
- We allow up to 72 hours (3 days) for approval
- If we don’t hear back within 72 hours, we may proceed with printing to avoid long delays
If you need more time, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Estimated Shipping Transit Times
Transit times vary by destination. These estimates begin once your order has shipped:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada, Australia, United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–15 business days
Holiday notice: Couriers may experience delays during peak season (especially November–December).
5. Total Estimated Delivery Time
In most cases, total delivery time is up to 2 weeks (production + shipping), depending on your location and current demand.
Your checkout estimate is the most accurate total delivery timeframe for your specific order.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping is a flat fee based on destination:
- United States: $9.95
- Canada, Australia, United Kingdom: $9.95
- Europe: $9.95
- Rest of World: $19.95
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international deliveries, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are typically the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
8. Tracking
All orders ship with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it becomes available.
9. Optional Priority Production (“Queue Jump”)
From time to time, we may offer an optional priority production (sometimes called “skip the queue” or “queue jump”). This moves your order ahead in production.
Important: Priority production speeds up production time only and does not speed up courier transit times.
