These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RetPrints website (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility & Use of the Site
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to use the Site. You agree not to use the Site for illegal purposes or attempt to disrupt, exploit, or harm the Site or its users.
3) Products & Made-to-Order Fulfillment
RetPrints sells posters, art prints, and custom/personalized products (including custom pet portraits). Many items are made to order and fulfilled through trusted production partners (including Printify and its network).
Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing differences.
Some orders may ship from the United States or other regional facilities depending on product and destination.
4) Orders, Pricing & Availability
Prices and product availability may change at any time. We may correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability and may cancel orders affected by such errors. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
5) Payment
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). RetPrints does not store full payment card details.
You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information so we can complete your order and contact you if needed.
6) Custom Orders & Customer-Submitted Content
If you order a personalized product, you may submit photos, names, and other information (“Customer Content”). You represent that:
You own or have permission to use the Customer Content
The Customer Content does not violate any person’s rights (privacy, copyright, trademark)
The Customer Content does not contain illegal, hateful, or abusive material
Custom products are created based on the details you provide. Please review personalization details carefully before submitting your order.
7) Artwork Proofs & Approval (If Applicable)
For some custom products, we may provide an artwork preview (proof) for approval before printing.
If proof approval is required, you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy.
If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, we may proceed with printing to avoid production delays.
8) Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times, costs, and tracking details are shown at checkout and/or described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and can vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or customs processing for international orders.
9) Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10) Intellectual Property
All Site content, including artwork, product designs, images, text, and logos, is owned by RetPrints or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.
Purchases are for personal use only unless we agree otherwise in writing.
11) Third-Party Services & Links
The Site may include third-party services or links (payment processors, analytics tools, fulfillment partners). RetPrints is not responsible for third-party websites or services not operated by us.
12) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
This does not affect rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetPrints will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
In all cases, RetPrints’ total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RetPrints from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights (including rights related to Customer Content you submit).
15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
16) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
